1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DroPilot ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service.

2. Description of Service

DroPilot is a Telegram-first airdrop productivity tool. It allows users to forward Telegram posts to a bot, which automatically organizes them into projects, tasks, and reminders on a web dashboard.

DroPilot is a productivity tool only. We do not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or guarantee the legitimacy of any airdrop project.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use DroPilot.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not use DroPilot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
• You are solely responsible for evaluating the legitimacy of any airdrop you track.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use DroPilot to:

• Distribute spam, scam content, or phishing links
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Use automated scripts to abuse the Service beyond normal usage

5. Intellectual Property

DroPilot and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rey Denim Osborn and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Content you forward to the bot (airdrop posts) remains your data. You grant DroPilot a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Free & Paid Plans

DroPilot offers a free tier with usage limits (50 projects/week, 50 posts/week) and paid plans with expanded features. Paid plan pricing is displayed on the pricing page and may change with notice.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

DroPilot is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that airdrop information will be accurate or complete.

DroPilot is NOT a financial advisor. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice. Always do your own research (DYOR) before participating in any airdrop.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DroPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from airdrop participation, scams, or missed opportunities.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
