Privacy Policy

DroPilot is built by an airdrop hunter, for airdrop hunters. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

1. What We Collect

We collect only what's necessary to provide the service:

  • Email address — used for authentication via magic link. We never share it.
  • Telegram user ID & username — collected when you connect your Telegram account to DroPilot.
  • Forwarded post content — text, links, and metadata from posts you forward to the bot. This is the core data DroPilot organizes for you.
  • Usage data — basic analytics like page views and feature usage to improve the product. No personal identifiers attached.

2. What We Don't Collect

  • We never ask for wallet addresses, seed phrases, or private keys.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties.
  • We do not track you across other websites.
  • We do not read your Telegram messages — only posts you explicitly forward to the bot.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate you and maintain your session.
  • To store and organize your airdrop posts, projects, tasks, and reminders.
  • To send Telegram notifications you explicitly enable (reminders, deadline alerts).
  • To improve DroPilot features based on aggregated, anonymized usage patterns.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on Supabase — a secure, SOC 2 compliant database platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Row-level security (RLS) ensures you can only access your own data.

We use Supabase Auth for authentication. Magic links expire after 1 hour and are single-use.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your posts, projects, tasks, and reminders within 30 days.

You have the right to:

  • Access all data we hold about you
  • Export your data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Disconnect your Telegram account at any time

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as DroPilot evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of DroPilot after changes constitutes acceptance.
